1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, requesting a quotation, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage our services.

2. About Us
Kayansh Fire and Safety Solutions is a Pune-based, ISO 9001:2015 certified organisation providing fire protection, life safety, and electronic security solutions across India. Registered office: Office No. 01, 15/1, S. No. 50, Samarth Sankul, Nr. Bank of Maharashtra, Ambegaon / Narhe, Pune — 411041, Maharashtra.

3. Services
We provide the following services: Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler System design, supply, and installation; Fire Alarm Systems (conventional and addressable)Gas Suppression Systems, HVAC Systems, Fire Safety Auditing and Consultancy, Third Party Safety, Electrical & Height AuditsFire & Safety TrainingSupply of ISI-marked Fire Extinguishers & Equipment, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)Outsourcing / Labour Contract ServicesAll services are subject to a formal written agreement or purchase order between Kayansh Fire and Safety Solutions and the client.

4. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations provided — whether verbal, written, or via email — are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice before confirmation of an order. Final pricing is confirmed only through a signed agreement or accepted purchase order.

5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as agreed in the project proposal or service agreement. Kayansh Fire and Safety Solutions reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment or delayed payment beyond the agreed schedule.

6. Project Execution
Timelines and project schedules are estimates based on site conditions and client cooperation at the time of agreement. Delays caused by incomplete site readiness, unavailability of client-side approvals, or force majeure events shall not be the responsibility of Kayansh Fire and Safety Solutions.

7. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
AMC services are governed by the terms of the individual AMC agreement signed with the client. Scheduled visits, response times, and scope of coverage are as defined in that agreement. Emergency call-outs outside AMC scope may be billed separately.

8. Warranties and Limitations
Equipment and materials supplied are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Kayansh Fire and Safety Solutions warrants its installation workmanship for a period as specified in the project agreement. We do not accept liability for system failures caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, or failure to adhere to maintenance schedules.

9. Compliance
All systems are designed and installed in accordance with applicable Indian Standards (IS codes), NBC guidelines, and local fire authority requirements prevailing at the time of installation. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary NOCs, approvals, and permissions from relevant authorities unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

10. Intellectual Property
All proposals, designs, drawings, and documentation prepared by Kayansh Fire and Safety Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. These may not be shared with or used by third parties without written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability
Kayansh Fire and Safety Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or failure of installed systems beyond the scope of the service agreement. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the specific contract or service in question.

12. Governing Law
The laws of India govern these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
